A quick, short post today because I’m heading off to my TurboKick and Zumba classes soon!
Over the past week, I discovered the fun-filled, entertaining aspects of working out and took both a BodyPump and a Zumba class. Now I’m regularly mixing in group classes with my routine cardio and strength training. It really makes things interesting and exciting. A change of pace is always good.
I set my goals for 2013 and am starting to make a calendar to accomplish them. Let’s do this!
But in general, this was a good week for my mind and my thoughts concerning food and eating. I had NO desire to binge. That was a huge step forward for me.
Most importantly, I feel good!
Goals from last week:
1. Weight lift 3 times.
2. Go to sleep before 2am.
3. Go to the gym at least 5 times.
Goals for this week:
1. Run/walk a 5K distance once.
2. Do 20 squats on the bosu ball.
3. Finish my blog.

This week for me wasn’t the best, I wasn’t feeling too good. My goal is to get back on track and focus on the good things.
